That is quite a question, E. Quite a question, indeed. I am at a loss for words right now. Who are we when we lose all the attachments? We talk about starting over. I did. I have never yet come to grips with it, though. Your life collapses from every side--even from the inside--and you need to find a reason to go on. Sometimes it is so hard to step on a path that you have already struggled on for so many years--and thought you had conquered. "Starting over" are just words unless you gotta do it. When you gotta do it it can really tear your guts out...IMO.
