An old joke from West:

A couple visited a sex therapist and asked him watch them doing sex. The therapist agreed. The couple performed sex in one of the clinic beds of the therapist. After finishing, the couple asked the therapist how was their sex performance. The therapist replied it was an excellent sex and they have nothing to worry about. The couple paid the doctor a fee of $30 and left.
The next week the couple showed up again and asked the doctor to watch them doing sex. The doctor agreed. Again, the sex was perfectly normal. They paid $30 and left.
The couple kept on coming each week, made the doctor watch them doing sex, paid $30, and left. Six months passed by. Finally, the doctor had enough of this.
He said, "What you guys trying to find out? I don't see anything wrong with you!"
The old man replied,"Well, there is nothing wrong with us. This lady is NOT my wife. She has her own husband in her home. I have my own wife in my home. I could take her my home as my wife is there. I could not got her home as her husband is there. Hotels are too expensive. Holiday Inn costs $80, Hilton costs $120, Hyatt costs $160. We can do same thing in your clinic for $30. That was reasonable. Besides, since we visited a doctor, we get money back from Medicare/Medicaid"
