Of course he's close. Look at some of the statements made by longs: buyouts announcements on Monday, the huge news expected on the Monday morning, erroneous misinterpretations of SEC filing, incorrect descriptions regarding product capability. I can see the personal stuff said about Liviakis, perhaps going to trial. But it will be hard to do anything to prove that correcting statements by some of the hypesters on this board did anything to hurt RACE - can it? Did the hype hurt RACE?
