Thanks for the clarification. I am a yankee like yourself. I moved down to Texas about 6 years ago. I do know what you mean about old Texas family oil money though. The prove with the emsounder technology will be hitting oil with UPR. No question about it.

In answer to your question "How can it be proved that standard 3D seismic technology would have not achieved the same results": I am not sure if UPR has tested this land already with 3D seismic technology. It would be helpful to know if this land has already been tested and yielded negative results with 3D seismic technology. Then, if they strike oil, we have our answer. Sounds like another question for Mad Monk to ask Peter Boonen.
