Introduction Compact

Last week, Mr. SOROS was gracious enough to alert me of the potential in this low price issue. Without hesitation, I was attracted to it for an obvious reason. Further checking into this company results in the following positives:

1.IMMM is a resource company with a story. Its EM-Sounder technology can see and map underground deposits up to 2.5 miles.

2.EM-Sounder can lower exploration cost significantly.

3.IMMM has a contract with Union Resource to drill two holes in Colorado in mid February using this technology.

4.Resource company group strength is good and on the rise.

5.So far, IMMM has little or no exposure but PR is coming when drilling begins.

6.More contracts or partnerships may be in the horizon.

However, before anyone jumps in, please note the following negatives:

1.Penny stock status.

2.Failure rate is high for startups.

3.17 million shares outstanding. Float about 5 million.

4.Dilution with options and other schemes is real.

5.Many competitors using different technology.

6.EM-Sounder technology is still commercially unproven.

7.This technology is restricted to North America only and it doesn't work for land under water.

8.Could hit dry holes in Colorado
