It seems more likely that "SCOPE" recreated it and made the error. To get the date wrong, it was likely created years after 1963.

I doubt original newspapers had a red headline in 1963, even in Australia. Perfectly-cut edges on all 4 sides? Why not show the left margin of the source document?

This looks like fake memorabilia, even if sold at Dealey Plaza. To me, the SCOPE watermarks are suspicious, inappropriate for what happened, and indicate it was not from or by a newspaper.

No newspaper would add that watermark, and a separate entity would show the original source if they didn't create it. Often that is with the recognizable masthead, which is missing here.
