I wouldn't pay much attention to this, because the number of shares is small for guys at this level in Dell. They could be

(a) raising some cash for a downpayment on a new house
(b) diversifying their portfolio a little, my guess is most of these guys have 90% or more of their networth in Dell Stock, and if they want to move that down to 85%, big deal
(c) periodically selling a little stock to spread the tax liability over a number of years.

I made the same mistake about worrying about the stock price 5 years ago when I read that Michael filed to sell some stock!

Not that I am saying the stock is cheap at these levels, just that I see these 144 filings as a non-issue.
