Extreme case 1 (no buyer): stock approaches zero. Realistically, hover around 2 or 3 (check out INAI or CNTR). Extreme case 2 (buyout): what's there? who would pay more than 6 or 7? this was an active topic a few weeks ago on the other "time to buy" borland thread on SI.
