"Dilution" is all a question of how much each is worth. Looks to me more like MVEE is getting diluted with regards to earnings and revenues. That's my first take ... I'll be doing some further research but the 1998 annual financials for EINI don't look like much and EINI shareholders are getting 50% of MVEE which we have all been patiently waiting to appreciates based upon REAL business. Just my thoughts for now and ... later, leroyt
