Keith; It depends on what their plans are. In honest companies the funds are sought for specific searches(exploration) and if they get a discovery they can go to almost any value. Most majors were peanut penny juniors and then they made a find, and never looked back. I only takes one good mine to make a billion $. If you have a cube 100 meters on a side, that is 2.7 million tons of rock.(just over 300 feet on a side) at .17 ounces per ton that is almost 400,000 ounces of gold, worth ??? depending on the recovery costs. So it does not take a lot of rock to make a mine, and exploration programs are designed to try to find the ore body underground first by geophysical methods as they are cheaper than drilling, and when you get that target of something?? underground, you drill at $20 per foot to see what it is. At Davidson we have the data which has several targets for a deep drill hole in the order of 2500 feet, at around $60-75,000 per hole(it costs more for deep holes per foot) and so an 8 hole program would cost around $500,000 and we are going to seek that amount of flow through at 25 cents/share to do the 8 holes.(2 million shares). The flow through buyer gets a tax write off for the shares and any capital gain is taxed at 80% as ordinary, so it is a reasonable shot. We are not far from Kidd Creek, and copper and sulfide mineral traces have been found in some of our deeper holes, so we watch and wait. Bill
