Davidson Tisdale Ltd is a mining company in Timmins Ontario with a long history going back as far as 1924. Currently in the process of becoming a small scale open pit producer. Recently there has been unexplained activity in the stock, possibly due to discoveries on local grounds that have not yet been made public(Royal Oak Mines, Pamour Division is next door). On a Bloomberg terminal the symbol is DDTS.CN equity GO. The Canadian Dealing Network provides a market for the stock and it is quite liquid with a small spread. There are 10,700,000 shares outstanding with possible dilution of 325,000 shares via directors options. Share price currently 30 cents Canadian. $500,000 in cash on hand and an agressive advanced exploration program(started in 1996) to resume in April, 1997. I am a former director of the Company and will be able to answer most questions except specific legal matters which I would refer to corporate counsel. Bill Jackson | ||||||||||||||
