In regards to your question "why to 10k has not been filed". The 10k filing must be done 90 days after the end of the fiscal year end. The 10Q is required 45 days after the end of each quarter but not required after the fouth quarter. Judging from the slow down today, I would think that there was mutual fund buying yesterday and they have established the desired position (hence the slow down). We may have to wait till the end of March to see earnings. I found a reference to 144 filings in Dec and Jan, but cannot access them thru Edgar. 144 filings appear to be concerned with insider trading. Can you add anything or find access to the 144's?
