Introduction Compact
Loto Enterprises has recently had a name change, apparently due to the company's plans to diversify, and expand their market, etc. Info in the LOTO thread, and what I've heard elsewhere, indicates that not only does ONPT manufacture, maintain, etc. lottery machines, but they are/have expanded into pre-paid phone cards, and more. Anyone have any information about ONPT?
