Yes, a 1oz. Eagle, one per "household" according to the ad. The company probably defines household as dwelling unit or street address, and the incentive applies as long as buyers live at different addresses. They must sell a lot of coins to repeat customers, so the loss-leading discount appears to pay off from a business standpoint.
