Thanks for the response. I had the same experience with the support staff. One evening I spent over an hour dialing into their tech support line to no avail. I have since returned the program to Omega and wrote a letter to the CEO (Ralph Cruz) expressing my experience. W/ respect to how much time it requires to set-up TOTALLY, this is a nightmare. A SOUND RECOMMENDATION, RETURN IT AND WRITE MR. CRUZ A NOTE. His e-mail is (ralph.cruz@omegaresearch.com). GOOD LUCK!!!!
