1) ALTR is not a semi-equipment maker, although they do sell parts to most of them, but that could be said of any semiconductor manufacturer.

2) If anything is overdone here it is front end (wafer fab) equipment manufacturers. Note that most of the list is made up of this type of company. Book to bill numbers for front end equipment manufacturers is nowhere near as good as that for test equipment manufacturers. AMAT and NVLS in particular are probably due for a negative surprise!
