Hello everyone, I have been following Teradyne for a few months now and I'm getting ready to jump in. I have some information that you may find useful. I collected this from the EDGAR database. Also, I believe the Quarterly report is April 15, how ironic. Maybe everyone WILL be able to pay there IRS bill. 12/09/94 Norwest Corp holds 195,325 shares 01/31/95 Norwest Corp holds 2,113,325 05/09/95 Norwest Corp holds 13,900 12/08/95 Fidelity holds 1,970,900 02/10/95 Fidelity holds 4,337,300 02/12/96 Chancellor Capital holds 6,112,375, that might explain the little bubble around that time. Now, I'm sure Norwest is kicking themselves for selling by May of 1995 and I don't think Fidelity still holds 4+ million shares. The important mention is Chancellor's 6+ million shares. Teradyne could get A LOT OF ATTENTION QUICKLY!!! At the $17 share range and earnings due next week, TER could go on a TEAR. I would be surprised at a negative earnings report and I believe their backlog is full with change. I'm buying very soon! | ||||||||||||||
