Tokyo, I agree, serious money is driving this company now. I am not sure that george knew about the reverse when you originally put this out. Also, I think your comment about George not having any authority is not correct. This company has many different parts. I believe that George is still President and responsible for the media part of the company including the magazine, NYC Club, the movie business being pursued and various books to be coming out. George has an extensive publishing background and could do some positive things with this part of Megaworld's business.
