Randy I guess you would know working with them in the past but I do not understand why they would not listen to the advice given to them. Not just anything but some of the ideas we are hearing should be set up. For example there should be more than one dealer here in Canada. Mytec could be in for some change in the very near future. I was talking to Neil Jammision from RBC and the conversation made me feel that someone in management maybe leaving soon. He used the football game as an example. What he said is if you have a player but he does not want to play for the team you get rid of him . I think we are going to see change in management soon. I'm not impressed it took this much of a drop in the stock to make changes happen if they do!
