A win to me would be getting China to drop the 51% partnership requirement to do business there plus drop the non-reciprocal tariffs on US goods
We are all on the same page with this....but the Chinese are masters at manipulating trade agreements to their advantage..Its been said that Trump hates to read.....but he better read the fine print, in any trade agreement with China .
