Groen Brothers Aviation Expands USA Dealership
 Program

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 1999--Groen Brothers Aviation, Inc., (GBA) announced today that it has sold three
additional Gyroplane Dealerships, which includes deposits on 56 Hawk 4 Gyroplanes.

GBA now has deposits on 86 aircraft (including Dealer and Company sales) with a combined retail value of more than $26 million. The
new GBA Authorized Dealers are: GBA Gyroplanes of Salt Lake City (Utah); GBA Gyroplanes of Anchorage (Alaska); and GBA
 Gyroplanes of Cincinnati (Ohio).

The addition of these dealerships gives momentum to GBA's nationwide Authorized Dealer program. Dealers will offer the $295,000
vertical take-off and landing gyroplane at GBA Flight Centers throughout the country. The main advantage of a gyroplane is that it is
simple, safe and inexpensive to operate.

''Our corporate motto is,'' said Jay Groen, Chairman of the Board, ''for the 21st Century, build the DC-3 of Gyroplanes, and sell as
many. These new dealerships serve to advance this worthwhile goal.''

Two production aircraft will be in the GBA booth at the AirVenture '99 air show in Oshkosh, Wis., later this month.
