Hi Jerome, Yes big money pit. If held long enough - they rise in value. I have several basket cases that are complete in parts but if replaced would be outrageous. If one wants to complete the restoration it is because you really would love the car. My 57 fuelie, 4 spd vette is such a car and my 55 nomad is the other. I've owned the 55 nomad since I was 17. Ate a lot peanut butter sandwiches to hold onto that one.LOL Bob
