Dale,
Please excuse the interrupt, but I purchased a Logitech Scanman two years ago and have never gotten it to work correctly. Additionally, their Tech. Support is not very responsive. I have certainly given them a fair chance to help. Do you know of another thread where a person might get technical help about their products? Like say, an online chat thread.

Any help would be much appreciated.
