Potassium iodide is being given out here as well: we've got a nuclear power plant close by.

Interestingly, the same mini real estate boom is going on here too. Not only are people moving out of the city, but people in Fairfield county are moving east. I'm ambivalent about this, as it used to be so bucolic around here. The first shot has been fired over the bow: a Starbucks has just opened.
