Guido: I've been looking for info too. Here's what I've deduced but with a caveat, my math logic and execution is often suspect: The charge wasn't included in earnings estimates. Zacks doesn't show it as a surprise and if there had been a shortfall that great you would think they would have. Also there would have been a pre announcement, I figure. Subtracting out the charge, I get earnings of $5.4 million. S&P says there are 48 million shares outstanding so, dividing 5.4 by 48, I get earnings of 11.25 cents per share, right in line to slightly above concensus. Does that sound right to you? Let me know.
