Introduction Market Data Compact

One of the most pervasive software products I am aware of, and I think the 3rd largest software company. Just checked Edgar and everything looks like its on a positive track. Stock took a dive recently and has been in the mid-to-low thirties. Anybody thinking about buying? Or is there something I am missing?

Does it deserve a new thread?
