Dr.Pepper, You asked, "Up 50%! Anyone know why?" Well, I like to think it was because some astute investors were buying. It also could be because of the rumor that news of the 600 MW natural gas fired power plant in Southern California will be announced shortly and that the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for oil exploration in Yemen could be ratified soon after that.
