Shareholders Initiate Delivery of Shares To Personal

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 21, 1998--Adair International Oil and Gas (OTC
Bulletin Board: AIGI - news) announced today that it is requesting that all shareholders contact their
brokers and ask for the immediate delivery of Adair shares to the owners' personal portfolios.

The management of Adair International Oil and Gas, Inc. has been working diligently to increase
share price, thereby increasing shareholder value and laying the foundation to build Adair
International into a major independent oil and gas company.
