Craig, If large blocks are being sold they are also being bought at the same time. What I look for is to see if the seller is willing to move the price down and buy how much when they sell. That tells me how bad they want out.

DELL is a NAZ stock (each side of a trade is typically reported seperately), so your statement isn't really true, unless you consider a MM a "buyer". Given all the various actions they take as MMers, I think one can safely claim a NAZ sale(or buy), is a true sale, which is why one sees dramatic movements when big blocks pass by. One of the many reasons some hate, and will not even buy a NAZ stock. Although, GTW has sure acted like a NAZ stock since its move to the NYSE. You did pretty darn good on that one! -g-
