Mike, take it with a large grain of salt, mostly based on a couple of newspaper stories and the fact that he got rid of his large position in National Trust in the last 6 months or so. Scott

PS: I went to their annual meeting about 18 months ago, I thought I was in an old age home. There is so much value here waiting to be released, it will happen I just don't know when...
