According to S & P source, it was expected to offer at 7-9 on Dec. with 1.9 M shares. Closed on last fri. at 6 with 156,700 shares trading, well below the expected offering price, was that the first offer date? The Underwriter is H.C Wainwright. Hardly find any additional info. Any input will be highly appreciated.
