Not at all!

Tri-Vision, while listed on the Alberta Exchange (TVL), has its head office and manufacturing facility located in Scarborough, Ontario. A very large and well setup facility, it enables them to R&D and test equipment before its goes to market. They have a very solid approach to production and quality control which is why Rogers Cablesystems (one of Canada's largest cable providers) has chosen their remote technology (universal hand held remotes) and decoder/descrambler untis over General Instruments. Quite a compliment to Tri-Vision.

They manufacture 130 products at the facility with the balance being out-sourced to Korea where they have a long establishe, high quality manufacturer for their other 300 products.

Besides being the largest supplier to Canada for universal hand held remote controls, Tri-Vision has exported to as many as 30 countries world wide. It is now undertaking a $4-million contract in Pakistan to supply infrastructure for cable systems as well as technological expertise. They have ventures developing in both India and Romania as well.

As you can see, Tri-Vision is well established in its existing businesses and the V-Chip technology is built on that very strong foundation. They have been in business for over 10 years now and are well-known and well-respected as a supplier of product "From Headend to Home" for the cable television industry.

I will be posting a news release later today which deals with US Cable Labs and the demonstration of the V-Chip Decoder which Prof. Collings and Cam Siddiqi made there recently.

Happy to answer any other questions but suggest you call us or e-mail your address so I can forward the executive summary of the five year business plan just completed. It tells the full story.

Regards,
John Carswell
