Hello all: This news really bothered me. I'm a few years older than Dave, and lost my father to the same disease. For those of us like myself, who only knew Dave from this board; I'm sure you'll agree that his help, advice and contributions will surely be missed. He was very active in his site at Confirmatory Analysis. You can see his picture and a short bio at this link: confirmatoryanalysis.com Does anyone have the details re services location, date, etc?
