HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1999--ITS TELEPHONY INC. (ITS), the communication division of MegaWorld Inc. MEGW , today announced availability of its International Telecommunication and Data Network services. Initial services provided include telecommunication and private line data networks for Voice, Fax, Multimedia Internet, and Enhanced Services.
George Dinsdale, president of ITS states, "This marks a key point in the development process of our telecommunication and data network. We believe that if the demand for Telecommunications and Switched Data Services continues to increase and our team can sustain its implementation program, we may exceed our business plan projections for 1999.

ITS's Integrated Data Communication Network is the backbone for our new services. The broadband ATM network is engineered with Telco Circuit Switches, IP DATA Packet Switches, Internet servers and access devices to support international long distance and private network market demands. ITS's Data Network is designed to deliver other services including multimedia, PC to Phone, messaging, video, wireless, cable and the Internet markets, and is fully integrated with Global Data Networks.
Technologies being deployed in our data networks were designed to leverage data communication efficiencies resulting in competitive services, cost effectiveness and improved quality. ITS's data network integrates traditional communications with new data networking technologies creating a high quality, low cost infrastructure for all classes of communication services including the Internet.
ITS began offering services July 2, 1999. The total network build out required under the current business plan is scheduled to be completed by 2001. Services are now available on a wholesale basis to Service Providers, Next Generation Telcos, ISPs, and International Private Network Providers.
