Rick, It is Integrion Financial Network, not Integration Financial Network: goldservices.com integrion.com Cybercash, Visa International and FDC (the world's largest credit card processor) already offer these services to banks. Cybercash purchased ICVerify several years ago and offer a suite of transaction services. Many banks have decided to do the online transaction processing inhouse in hope of preserving customer relations and not having to pay the cost of an add-on service provider. Why would B of A not go with an established company that have mulit-year track records as well as proven performance of dial-tone quality? Alternatively, they could choose to stay in-house supported by the suite of products offered by SONE/EDFY. Why go with a start-up with no products and risk alienating their customers with a potential failure such as Digicash and FVHI, both of which were in the secure transaction business and are now Chapter 11.
