Zixit is dead. Long live Zixit.

The stock promotional and lawsuit-crazy company that was Zixit passed away in 2005. In its place is a moderately profitable and growing company primarily burdened by a high share count from activities of the past.

ZIXI is probably still not a great investment but those currently associated with the company by and large do not deserve to be tarred by events of the past. Therefore take comments posted on this board from that era in the appropriate context.
