SHARES WERE USED JUST ONCE TO PURCHASE MOVIE RIGHTS

Shares of mvee were used to purchase the rights to grizzley adams. This is the only time that shares were used to purchase rights, and i was told that this would not happen again. source is G & G themselves, at planet hollywood, and jeff volk confirmed this.
