 MegaWorld Launches International and Enhanced 800 Services
 HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 30, 1999--MegaWorld Inc. (OTCBB:MEGW), an
 integrated service provider (telecommunications and Internet), today
 announced it has added International 800 services to its service offerings.
 This service enables multi-national companies and foreign-based call centers
 to have toll free telephone numbers in the United States. The initial
 capacity installed will support an annual call volume that is projected to
 exceed $1.5 million.
 "This service will enable our customers to better serve their clients while
 reducing telecommunication and call center costs," said George Dinsdale,
 president of MegaWorld's Communication Division. "This is particularly true
 for E-Commerce applications where telephone-based customer service support
 and assistance is becoming a vital part of electronic shopping. Our new
 enhanced 800 service enables service providers to focus on their E-Commerce

 This is an addition to other enhanced services that MegaWorld provides on a
 whole basis to Internet Service Providers and Next Generation Telephone
 Companies. MegaWorld's other services include Managed Co-Location facilities

 Internet (VoIP) and International Long Distance.
