I wouldn't go that far, but I would say the President of the U.S. must not suborn perjury or obstruct justice. If it is proven that he did the Constitution requires he be impeached. I agree. An "apology" from him would not be enough.

BTW, Clinton has little to do with the state of the economy. It shows the ignorance of the media and a majority of the American people that they think there is more than the most tenuous connection. It also reflects on the poor public educational system the U.S. has and adds fuel to the argument that the public school system in America should be abolished.
