I like it too and so did the investors who were buying just prior to the announcement when it hit 26 ("insiders" or friends of insiders"?). IMO the stock went down Friday because Wall Street has not yet figured this deal out; or maybe it was simply "buy on rumor-sell on news". We will have to wait and see if this acquisition turns out to be a great deal or not. Of course it has to clear regulatory approval and that will take time. Longer term price will tell us who was right and who is wrong as opposed to Friday's one day price drop.
