This may be off topic, but I'm not really sure where to ask this question.

I want to buy some long dated (August 2021) call options on a fairly illiquid stock. It trades about 25,000 shares per day.

The spreads on the option are huuuuge.

For example, the share price is $22, and the Aug $35 calls are bid 25 cents and offered at $1.50.

Any suggestions for how to buy them with the best possible (ie, lowest) price?
