Just put in a bid at a price that you want and give it a day or so to see if someone takes it. Option market is like everything else, bids and offers make the market. The spread is huge b/c there is no volume. Throw your hat in the mix and you will contribute to the market equilibrium.

It's usually fair assumption that the fair price is the midpoint of the bid/ask of the MM. You will not get that price unless the stock moves. So if you are in a rush, add 1/8th to the midpoint as your asking price.
