Sorry, but I just can't see coal coming back, unless there is some very unexpected and sustainable hike in the broader energy sector. That's why I was referencing Arizona as a place to prospect for metals (including uranium and rare earths). We have coal here too, but even Peabody Energy, a global giant in coal, has had a reverse split and layoffs. VP in AZ
