OT...Wouldn't it be interesting that as we near the end of Clinton's term, that if the dow remains sluggish everything will be blamed on him? One of the more popular prez in a long time (I didn't vote for him, though), with people losing money now, I wonder how long it will take for his popularity to diminish.
