Introduction Market Data Compact

The following news is the only thing I could find, please comments on the recent rise of volume and price. The current price as of March 31st is 0.006 and volume is around 5.8 millions today. Price and volume increases have been going on since last Friday. Thanks!

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 17th, 1997 --Purewater Sciences
International, Inc. (PRWT OTC) and Visual Interactive Phone Concepts
Inc. (Visual) have agreed to merge. Visual has a U.S. patent for
exclusive rights to a Videophone Interactive Mailbox Facility System(VIMF System). The US patent and foreign patents filed give Visual exclusivity and worldwide protection for its invention until the year 2016.
The VIMF System includes a videophone which is a combination of
a digital phone, a keyboard, a credit card swipe and a display
screen for the presentation of text, voice and visual images. A
camera, printer and fax are additional options.
The videophone based at a user station is connected to a central
data center. The central data center provides one or more vendor
services that operate over Plain Old Telephone Service or any other
connectivity on an interactive real time basis.
The VIMF System eliminates the need to buy a phone and a
computer and the need for constant upgrading of the computer with
newer hardware to run newer software. Thus, expensive upgrading is
eliminated. With the VIMF System one button initiates an
interactive on-line session with user friendly screens. This allows
the user to select any function he wishers to perform. Some
functions include internet access, home shopping, on-line banking,
brokerage services, spread sheet processing and viewing of vacation
resorts and department store catalogues. The system replaces the
need for a personal computer and no computer skills are necessary!
