Total foolishness ... <<<<<<than this stock is finished till then, imo cav >>>>> If the suit is not settled till after the date on the complaint, then it is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT! Lets say that in 2005 the court grants an injunction that expires in 2002 ... it does not have any effect whatsoever, and is a totally moot point! If you feel uncomfortable, then get out and move on. IMHO, this suit is not a reason to feel that way though!
