Hi Bob, With a 90% gain showing for the 17-18 month period AND near a market low point feels pretty good. There was a period of time where I lowered the SAFE requirements to 8% for a while as the price was stuck in a tight range. However, it was put back at 10% a short time later when the volatility picked up a bit. There's still a bit of cash left for buying should the price happen to dip further. I'm looking forward to the time when this new inventory can be sold at a profitable level. Best regards, Tom
