All of my friends from NYC were born and raised in NYC.

It was hard leaving NYC, but we had no choice. NYC is not the place to retire in. Little did I know that I would be making more money in retirement than I did while I was working. Swing trading is a lot of work, but it is fun looking at charts and exploring fundamentals.

NYC is a free spirited city. People are outrageous and speak their mind.

I liked Baltimore, MD, a mellow NYC. We could live there.

We like McMinnville, OR. People are chill and a bit outspoken.

I do not like Las Vegas. Natives are mostly stiff. I am not referring to the Strip, which I know very little about and have kept far away from.

In September, we are booked in via Airbnb to live in Joshua Tree, CA, right near Joshua Tree National Park.

We are going to move around via Airbnb once our lease expires in Vegas end of November. The experience in McMinnville, OR has been very refreshing.

We could easily live in Washington State if it didn't rain almost every day in the Winter. We will head up there next Spring/Summer.

It has reached a point where we don't want to own any possessions anymore outside of a car and our phones. ( I forgot to mention some clothes) We want no responsibility owning things. Airbnb gives us that Freedom. We will gladly pay to use other people's possessions and homes. If you look hard enough, there are some real good values out there.
