Well there is an evidentiary guideline that I think I have seen judges relate to juries on TV and that is that if a witness has been found to have lied about any of his/her testimony, that all of that testimony may be ignored in reaching a verdict. Indeed Belize revenues may not be the whole ball of wax as far as revenues are concerned with PRWT, but it could indicate a pattern of being less than truthful in other statements. So in judging the veracity of the PR statements from the company, their actions with regard to Belize are quite relevant in judging the way they handle future statements of "fact".
