TWTI was never at $20 post split. The high post split was in the $9-$10 range. It has fallen from there to current levels .75 after huge amounts of Reg. S. If a company is doing Reg. S then short the pants off of it. Although I don't know how TWTI is being shorted, I have it on good authority that it is/has been shorted massively. KBP
